You will have to lift a finger. That’s only because you’ll need to contact the team at Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Richmond & Charlottesville to schedule your warranty program.
If you recently had a new installment of a lighting system from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, you are automatically enrolled in Shine365 for the first year. At the end of the first year, you will have the chance to continue service with our team.
Should you decide that you want to tend to your exterior lighting on your own, that is perfectly okay. You can cancel at any time, but the same can be said of signing back up again.
If you want your outdoor lighting system in Richmond to be covered once again, simply call up the OLP team and we’ll get to work. Your system will require a recertification check, but once it is complete, you are safely covered once again!
I have a landscape lighting system, but it wasn’t installed by OLP. Can I still get coverage?
YES, YOU CAN! Sorry, I didn’t mean to yell.
It’s no problem if your landscape lighting system in Charlottesville, or anywhere in the region, wasn’t installed by OLP. Many people shy away when they think that they can’t get coverage, but that is far from the case.
As with re-enrollment into our *limited lifetime warranty* for your landscape lighting, you need to have your system inspected by our team to ensure that it is up to our quality standards. Mostly, this is to ensure that we can offer you the proper maintenance for your system and that it is compatible with our products.
