The first step with our team is typically a phone consultation where you tell us about your outdoor lighting needs. During this call, we are dedicated to listening very closely and NOT trying to tell you what you need and up-sell you everything but the kitchen sink. Good outdoor lighting is sometimes about the lights you don’t put in, not just the ones you do. That means we want to hear your exact needs so we can get a precise idea of your goals and objectives.
DRIVE BEFORE YOU BUY
We are firm believers in the test drive. That is why we offer an exclusive nighttime demonstration at your home. We’ll come out in the evening and set up a sample of your potential lighting design so you can get a sense of what the final product will be. This is a great time to make decisions together about needing more lights, fewer lights, or a different lighting technique in any given area of your property.
COURTESY AND RESPECT
From the beginning of the design phase, through the installation of your LED outdoor lighting, our team will treat you and your property with the utmost courtesy and respect. We’ll keep you fully informed of the schedule, potential delays (rain), and changes in the plan. When we are at your home, we will treat it as if it is our own. Doing our best to disturb your property and landscape as little as possible to install your lighting properly. When we are done, we’ll clean up what mess we did make so you can enjoy your property both day and night.
WARRANTIES AND MAINTENANCE
After we leave, and you are enjoying your new lighting, you can rest easy knowing we are here for you. Our lights come with fantastic warranties and we offer outdoor lighting maintenance packages so your new LED outdoor lighting system can look as-good-as-new for as long as you live in your home.
