CUSTOMER SERVICE & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Full Time (M-F)

Starting Pay: $19 -$22/ Hour (commensurate with experience)

SUMMARY

We seek a hard-working, dependable Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator for our outdoor lighting and irrigation companies. This full-time position is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and completing customer service, appointment scheduling, and clerical functions that support operations and field services as directed by the Company Owner or other senior field staff members. The ideal candidate will desire to move into a leadership role, demonstrate a can-do attitude and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Interface with OLP and Conserva Operations field team leaders
• Answer incoming calls. Respond to customer inquiries and requests and gather customer information.
• Utilize our CRM (Service Minder) to set up new customer accounts, maintain customer files, schedule appointments, and track projects to assist with keeping projects on track.
• Handle customer issues and follow up with appropriate internal personnel
• Participate in marketing and promotions
• Participate in staff meetings

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• 3-5 years of office, customer service, and scheduling experience
• College degree or commensurate level of knowledge and experience
• MS Word/Excel and Data Entry experience. Previous CRM experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High level of comfort in handling customer calls, issues, inquiries, and problems
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional, consultative manner
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Outdoor Lighting Installer

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are growing and seeking a hard-working, dependable individual to work as a member of our low voltage lighting crew. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is the area’s leading outdoor lighting company. We provide unsurpassed quality in outdoor lighting design, fixtures, installation and holiday lighting. This full time, permanent position requires a problem solver who enjoys working outdoors. Working with team members, you will follow through on our customer's requests, while bringing a "can do" attitude and an action-oriented mindset to each lighting project.

As an Outdoor Lighting Installer, you will:

• Work with a team to provide service/repair to customers
• Assemble lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Dig shallow trenches to lay wire
• Ensure all jobs are being delivered as promised and on budget
• Maintain vehicle appearance and stock levels
• Deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers
• Work occasional overtime
• Bring a positive and friendly energy to customers and co-workers
