Annual Maintenance Plan
Let’s face it, stuff happens. To ensure your system is working at
it’s peak performance, our technicians are available for an annual
visit your home to perform a complete system check. During this visit we will:

- Check timer and control system

Design Consultation & Installation
Our design process starts with understanding your unique lighting goals
and objectives. Achieving those goals requires a skilled lighting designer.
Someone who knows how to blend light of varying color and intensity from
different angles and fixture types. And who also knows how and where to
put highlights while avoiding excessive bright spots and shadows. Done
right, the lighting will draw your eyes to the beauty of an architectural
or landscape feature with no thought about where the light originated.
Once we meet with you, our design experts will design a lighting plan
that can be implemented all at once or phased in as needed.
Existing Lighting System Inspection
Whether your existing lighting system was installed last year or 30 years
ago, we have the knowledge and experience to diagnose and repair your
systems. Our technicians are skilled at low voltage lighting and are able
to service all systems regardless of who installed the system and when
it was installed. If your system isn’t working or illuminating your
property as it should, our technicians will make sure that it functions
as good or better than the day it was installed.

For many of us, the Holiday season is when you have the most visitors to
your home. It is never too early to begin a discussion about your holiday
lighting design or to reserve your spot on our limited installation schedule.

and designers to ensure all elements are aligned with the business vision
and requirements to excite and inspire customers.
Nighttime Demonstration
One reason property owners don’t consider outdoor lighting is that
they can’t visualize how it will look. The good news is that Outdoor
Lighting Perspectives of Grand Rapids utilize a nighttime demonstration
process to show how different combinations of light will look. This service
allows property owners to make a fully informed decision. We are currently
scheduling nighttime demonstrations on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
around sunset each evening.
Special Event Lighting
Lighting can completely transform your outdoor venue. It impacts your space

venue feels. Without the proper lighting, your guests are going to miss

Virtual Consultation
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is happy to continue to service our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following the CDC’s recommendation of social distancing, we are now offering virtual consultations. To get started, take photos of the areas of your property you’d like illuminated so we can create your custom design. We will then discuss the design via a video chat or phone call, whichever you’d prefer.
