    Overall, we had a very good experience.

    JK was responsive to our initial call and scheduled a time to come to our house in the same week. He came to our house in the evening and set up a demonstration, which was very helpful in visualizing how the lighting would look and how many lights we would need. He also talked through how he would run the wiring so that it was minimally disruptive to our current plantings and walk. He and his team performed the work in one day and we felt the pricing was reasonable relative to other outdoor lighting options. A week after the installation, our dog bumped a light while running in the yard and caused the bulb to blow. JK came out a few days later and replaced the bulb at no cost to us, as well as dropped off two additional lamp tops for us to try. Overall, we had a very good experience.

    I would definitely buy a complete outdoor lighting system from him anytime. It is very important to me that a company backs up its product with good service.

    J.K. came to my house, not knowing if he’d be able to fix the problem or not, but he was willing to take a look at it. He came promptly after I initially called him. He checked the timer, outlets, system in general and was able to get it working again. He did not even charge me for a service call! He was happy to be able to help and I would definitely buy a complete outdoor lighting system from him anytime. It is very important to me that a company backs up its product with good service.

    Outdoor Lighting Perspectives was very professional in completing the work as quoted, on time and was very neat in not mixing dirt/mulch in the beds. They incorporated the changes I asked them to make and came back to add other lights after the main job was complete. They came back to replace a couple of bad bulbs and move a couple of lights at no extra charge. JK Smith, the owner, was involved and on site through the whole project. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I already recommended the company to a friend who is also using them to install a similar outdoor lighting plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of project.

He was by far our best quote value wise, as well as the one who took the most time with us to give us what we wanted and not just “sell” us. And the service hasn’t stopped since the sale! We love the lighting and get so many compliments! He did a whole house landscape lighting solution as well as adding a box/switches? (not sure you’d have to ask my husband) and some additional outdoor electric outlets. Can’t recommend them enough!!
