Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater & Tampa Bay was delighted to get a phone call from the homeowners of the historic Swearingen-Langford House in Bartow, FL, recently. This Tampa area home built in 1925 by famed architect Clayton Bonfoey was deserving of an outdoor lighting update.
Sensitive to this landmark home’s status in the community, our lighting designers and installers fitted outdoor lighting at the Swearingen-Langford home that would look appropriate with the style and age of the home. We installed LED landscape lighting, water feature lighting at the koi pond and the lighting to the outdoor living areas on the grounds.
The stunning columns and porches got the royal treatment thanks to gorgeous uplighting hidden in the landscape immediately near the home. The home’s architecture comes alive, and oozes loads of texture thanks to the brick façade being illuminated.
The koi pond is a standout in the evening night thanks to water feature lighting that allows visitors to meander around the brick walkway that circles this pond. Our top-quality fixtures are made of metal and commercial grade components and wiring. Years of trouble-free service will be provided by these premium fixtures.
The brick hardscape near the pond leads to a pretty covered living area where the family can cook, dine and relax. The spectacular live oak tree with swaying Spanish moss becomes a jaw dropping focal point at night thanks to professional outdoor lighting. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater & Tampa Bay will help you identify special features on your property that will create focal points for outdoor lighting with impact.
Our lighting designers and installation team is experienced with illuminating historic and brand new homes in the Tampa area. Regardless if your home is vintage, modern or contemporary—we have outdoor lighting fixtures that have an appropriate look to fit whatever style home you own.
Everything we install is made to withstand Florida’s tough coastal environment with salt air, humidity and intense sun. We do not install plastic or flimsy fixtures that are sold in big box stores and won’t withstand Florida’s weather and temperatures. Don’t risk using an outdoor lighting contractor that uses poor quality fixtures that will fade, crack and simply not last in our climate.
Contact us if you are looking for premium outdoor lighting that will stand the test of time and be budget friendly over the long haul.
