At Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater & Tampa Bay, we work with homeowners before and after the sale of their home to install new outdoor lighting or update their existing lighting system. More importantly, we also work with homeowners and real estate agents in preparing to list a home for sale, too.
Since outdoor lighting is one of the most requested outdoor features of a new home, it makes sense to ensure that your lighting is working properly before you list your property for sale. Having cohesive illumination will help put your home in the best possible light to interested buyers that see your home in the evening. It will also help get your home noticed more often than homes that lack outdoor lighting.
We just helped a customer in Port Richey, FL, that has been a client since 2006. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater & Tampa Bay was the lighting contractor onsite during their home build, so we worked closely with their home and pool architects to design a custom lighting scheme. We’ve come full circle 14 years later with the sale of their home, as the client wanted to make sure everything was ship shape as they prepared to put their home on the market.
In getting their home ready for sale, we made sure all the existing lighting was working well and would pose no issues to the incoming homeowners. Their initial installation was innovative given that we integrated lighting into the masonry. Lighting was integrated into the walls and ceiling in the grotto area that also serves as a walkway and entry into the waterfall area.
This beautiful home features rock formations that we had the opportunity to embed the lighting into for a seamless look. All the wiring is hidden, making it appear that each fixture simply sprouts out of the stonework. Pretty nifty!
Our outdoor lighting designers worked in tandem with our installers to add under-dock lighting that would give the homeowner the opportunity to see the fish in the waterway even at night. The illumination of the sea beyond the pool provides immense ambience and beauty that has a spectacular theatrical effect at night.
We also added landscape lighting to the lush landscape, including the add majestic palm trees that add so much drama in the evening when even the slightest breeze hits.
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Clearwater & Tampa Bay can take care of all your outdoor lighting needs on a new and existing home. Contact us if you are thinking of listing your home for sale so we can make sure your landscape and pool lighting is working as it should.
