As part of our Annual Maintenance Plan, we removed the overgrowth from the fixtures ensuring the quality of the light remained as well as the safety of the system. While keeping a lush Florida landscape is a beauty to behold, plant material overgrowth can quickly envelop outdoor lighting fixtures and cause them to overheat. This can place stress on the system and cause overheating, melting and possibly even a fire hazard.
Customers on our Annual Maintenance Plan enjoy many benefits. These include bulb replacement, straightening fixtures, inspecting and resetting of your outdoor lighting timer, inspecting the wiring and transformer, and last but not least, trimming back any plant overgrowth inhibiting the system.
