Ron has worked in the lighting field for over fifteen years, starting with lighting for NYC hotels, then moving on to solar array lighting, as well as helping businesses convert to more energy efficient systems. A passionate lighting expert, Ron truly enjoys developing and implementing unique and beautiful solutions for his clients and making their properties sparkle!

Prior to lighting, Ron worked in marketing, IT, and derivatives trading, allowing him to bring a breadth of experience with him into the lighting industry. Ron has a PMP certification and an MBA from NYU in Finance and International Business. He’s happiest spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking, playing soccer or hanging out with his dogs.

In 2018 Kelly made the switch to small business owner after a 15 year career in the IT field, bringing a wealth of customer service, project management and business administration skills with her into the world of outdoor lighting. She manages all initial client contact, social media, systems operations and business processes for OLP of Central NJ. Additionally you can find her working collaboratively with husband, Ron on both the design and installation of unique and customized lighting systems for their clientele. Together they approach each and every job with a focus on the customer’s overall goals, budget and style. They, and their team, work very hard to be available, approachable and responsive to the Business owners and Homeowners they are privileged to work with.

Ron and Kelly reside in Central NJ with their two children and multitude of pets. When not working they love to spend time together relaxing as a family and travelling whenever possible.
