George Council is a visionary executive leader with 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Real Estate, and Business Integration. He transforms growth-driven companies by driving performance and margin improving strategies deep into simple and complex, matrixed organizations. He has worked with aggressive, growth-oriented private equity ownership as well as fortune 100 institutional entities. He is the current owner of Outdoor Lighting Perspective of Montgomery County; the nation’s premier outdoor lighting design, installation and service company.

George takes great pride in having held Senior Level positions across most business organization segments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and others. He believes it is important for seasoned business leaders to understand the drivers of each internal organization in order to be a true value adding partner.

George is a US Naval Academy graduate and United States Marine Corps Captain (inactive, but once a Marine always a Marine!)

As a native Philadelphian and member of a hard-working blue-collar family, George understands the value of commitment, persistence, and team focused leadership.
