For the last 14 years, people around Augusta have enjoyed the Southeastern Natural Sciences Academy’s annual Swamp Soirée. The Soiree is an evening of great food, bluegrass music and fly fishing demonstrations all held in a stunning setting on the banks of the beautiful Savannah river.
The Soirée is Southeastern Natural Sciences Academy’s only annual fundraiser, and it has been one of Augusta’s premiere events for several years. It offers the opportunity to support the innovative education, research, and outreach programs of Southeastern Natural Sciences Academy, a private 501 (c) 3 nonprofit dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship.
One of the many highlights of the evening is the incredible raffle filled with items from our giving community members. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Augusta has been a proud sponsor for five years, providing the elegant outdoor lighting for the evening event as well as donating outdoor landscape lighting to the raffle. Our outdoor lighting fixtures are made from copper and brass and illuminate your home, landscape, paths, pools, decks and gardens to help you enjoy your yard much further into the evening.
We are happy to be part of such a great organization and look forward to many more years supporting this very important cause.
